How do I order items?
To order items at ShopDaVita call 1-866-417-3046 or go online to www.shopdavita.com.
What are my payment options?
ShopDaVita only accepts credit card payments. You may use VISA and MASTERCARD.
How do I return or exchange items?
Fill out the Return Form included with your order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note telling us why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address and telephone number.)
Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to ShopDaVita at:

Additional return or exchange information
ShopDaVita facilities do not accept hand deliveries.
ShopDaVita cannot accept COD deliveries.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and ShopDaVita will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
After 30 days, all products must be unused to receive a refund or exchange.
When can I return or exchange an item?
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.
Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.
We reserve the right to limit returns.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Your order will generally be delivered within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), after credit card authorization and verification.
You must supply a physical address, as we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
What are my shipping options?
ShopDaVita uses United Parcel Service (UPS). Your shipping options include:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3-Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
What are my shipping costs?
Shipping and handling charges are calculated during the checkout process. You can determine which shipping method to select and find out what the cost will be for all the shipping methods before placing your order.
How can I track my order to find out when it will be delivered?
After you place your order you will receive a UPS tracking number. You can call UPS to find out the status of your order.
Can I send an item to someone that’s not at my address?
You can send your order to a different address than the billing address; however, we can only ship to one address per order. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, please place each order separately.
